At Swaravo LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any problem with your order, we are happy to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:
Returns and Exchanges
For defective or damaged products
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@swaravo.com and include your order details along with photos of the issue.
For non-personalized products
- You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Important: If you choose to return your items, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Personalized products
Because personalized products (for example, with engraving) are made specifically for you, they cannot be canceled under the relevant consumer-protection rules unless they are defective.
In the event of defects, damage, or a personalization error on our part, we will of course accept the return and refund the full purchase price.
Non-returnable scenarios
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds when:
- An incorrect delivery address was provided.
- The delivery time did not meet your expectations. Delivery times are affected by logistical factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occasionally occur.
Address Correction Policy
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will charge you the actual shipping costs incurred (usually between €8–€12) to resend it. Please review your delivery address carefully before checkout.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Within 4 hours of ordering
- You can cancel or change your order free of charge within 4 hours.
Before processing
- If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate cancellations or changes.
For personalized or engraved orders
- Customizations such as engravings cannot be changed after the 4-hour window has passed. However, we will try to accommodate your request where possible.
After processing
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
Refund Process
- Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed promptly, and the amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For payments made through Klarna, the refund will be handled via Klarna. Card or PayPal payments will be refunded to the respective accounts.
How to return an item
- Contact us: Send an email to support@swaravo.com to start your return and receive instructions.

Additional Notes
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in unopened packaging.
- Refunds cannot be granted if the product has been altered, used, or damaged after receipt.
- Important: Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.
