2. Use of the Website and Customer Account

You may use the functions offered in accordance with applicable laws. When placing an order, please provide accurate contact details and a complete delivery address. If you use a customer account, you are responsible for appropriately protecting your login details and informing us of any suspected unauthorised access.

You must not use the website in a way that compromises its security or availability or infringes the rights of third parties. We may prevent misuse to the extent permitted by law; your rights under contracts already concluded remain unaffected.

3. Products and Conclusion of the Contract

The display of products in the shop does not yet constitute a binding contractual offer. You can add products to the shopping cart and review and correct your entries before submitting the order. By clicking the final order button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods shown.

We confirm receipt of your order electronically. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily mean that we have already accepted your offer. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or ship the goods. If we cannot accept an order, we will inform you and refund any payments already received.

The essential characteristics of the goods, the available contract languages, and the order details are set out in the shop and at checkout before the order is submitted.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

The prices applicable to your order, any taxes and delivery costs, and the total amount are shown at checkout before the order is submitted. The only payment methods available are those offered for your specific order at checkout. 5. Delivery

For the delivery area, shipping costs, processing time, and estimated transit time, please refer to the information in the shop, at checkout, and in our shipping policy. The start of processing does not mean that the order has been shipped. We will inform you if a significant delay is foreseeable. Statutory rights relating to non-delivery or delayed delivery remain unaffected.

6. Personalised Products

For custom-made products, the details you provide, such as the desired engraving text, determine how the product is made. Check these details carefully before submitting the order. If you notice an error afterwards, contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to make a change if production still allows it.

7. Withdrawal, Returns and Defects

If goods are defective, you have the statutory rights. A voluntarily requested early notification or request for photos does not shorten these rights. Statutory rights relating to defects also apply to custom-made goods.
