Return and Refund Policy

At Swaravo LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange an item, we refer to our transparent return and exchange policy described below:

Cancellation: We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable): We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of the product's delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to ensure you are sending the package to the correct address.

To ensure a smooth return process, we ask you to include a note with your name, order number, and the reason for the return in the package. This information helps us process your return efficiently and provide prompt assistance.

Notes: Custom-made or personalized items do not have a 30-day return policy. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not obligated to bear the shipping costs for this reason. No return fee will be charged for returning a product to consumers.

Refund (if applicable): After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also inform you whether we approve or reject your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.

Klarna: If you made the purchase with Klarna, Klarna will process the refund according to their policy.

Credit card and PayPal: For payments made with a credit card or PayPal, refunds will be issued to the original card or PayPal account used for payment. After the refund is processed by us, it may take up to an additional 2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds often take some time to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@swaravo.com. Contact our customer service at support@swaravo.com to get the return address.

Personalized Items

Because personalized items (e.g. engraved or custom-made pieces) are produced specifically for you, they are not eligible for return unless defective, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (EU: §312g(2)(1) BGB; US: standard "made-to-order" exclusion).

If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in personalization on our part, we will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund.
