Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Every shipment is fully trackable.

Processing Times

  • Standard orders: Shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
  • Personalized orders (e.g. engraved items): Production may take up to 10 business days before shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Unexpected delays caused by weather, carriers, or customs clearance may extend delivery times.

DHL, Deutsche Post (depending on destination).

Daily Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are processed the same business day. Later orders are processed the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information is usually activated within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
